- 170g caster sugar
- 225g self-raising flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 1 massive egg, crushed
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Methodology
- STEP 1
Warmth the oven to 180C/160C fan/fuel 4. Butter a 20cm sq. tin and line with baking parchment. Stir the melted butter and vanilla collectively in a bowl. Combine the caster sugar, flour and cocoa collectively in one other bowl.
