Substances
- 320g pack ready-rolled puff pastry
- 50g grated parmesan or vegetarian various
- flour, for dusting
- 1 egg, overwhelmed
- poppy seeds, nigella seeds, sesame seeds or celery seeds, to brighten

Technique
- STEP 1
