- 320g sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, overwhelmed
- 250g mascarpone
- 150ml double cream
- 6 tbsp lemon curd
- 3 ardour fruit, seeds eliminated
- 30g chopped pistachios

Technique
- STEP 1
Warmth the oven to 200C/180C fan/fuel 6. Unroll the puff pastry onto a lined baking tray. Rating a 2cm border across the fringe of the pastry utilizing a pointy knife, then brush the border with the egg.
- STEP 2
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or till golden and crisp. Gently push down the center with the again of a spoon, then depart to chill utterly.
- STEP 3
Whisk the mascarpone with the double cream and three tbsp lemon curd till smooth and spoonable. Fold in one other 3 tbsp lemon curd and the seeds of 1 ardour fruit.
