Components

  • 140g butter, softened
  • 50g golden caster sugar
  • 100g delicate mild brown sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 200g plain flour
  • 175g malted milk drink powder (we used Horlicks)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100g bar darkish chocolate, chopped

Methodology

  • STEP 1
