
Salmon & spinach tart

- 320g sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk, to glaze
- 2 skinless salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- massive handful child spinach
- combined leaves tossed together with your favorite dressing, to serve

Methodology
- STEP 1
Warmth oven to 200C/180C fan/gasoline 6 and line a big baking sheet with baking parchment. Unroll the pastry sheet and rating a border about 1cm from the sting. Prick the center space with a fork throughout and glaze the border with the egg yolk. Bake the pastry for 15 minutes till overvalued and virtually cooked.
- STEP 2
In the meantime, put the salmon fillets in a microwaveable dish and canopy with cling movie. Cook dinner within the microwave on Excessive for two minutes till simply cooked. Put aside to chill for 1-2 minutes, then flake into chunky items. Combine the crème fraîche with the mustard in a small bowl and season.
- STEP 3
Take the pastry out of the oven and flatten the center space with the again of a spoon. Cowl the bottom with the crème fraîche sauce, then scatter the spinach and salmon flakes over. Bake within the oven for an additional 5 minutes or till the pastry is cooked and golden. Serve with dressed combined leaves.
