  • 320g sheet ready-rolled puff pastry

  • 2 skinless salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

  • combined leaves tossed together with your favorite dressing, to serve

Methodology

  • STEP 1

    Warmth oven to 200C/180C fan/gasoline 6 and line a big baking sheet with baking parchment. Unroll the pastry sheet and rating a border about 1cm from the sting.
