Substances
- 400g gluten-free self-raising flour, plus additional for dusting (we used Doves)
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds, toasted
- 300ml pure yogurt
Methodology
- STEP 1
Warmth the grill to medium and mud a baking sheet with somewhat flour. Combine the flour and cumin seeds in a bowl, then season. Stir within the yogurt and 100ml water, then combine effectively to type a mushy dough.
- STEP 2
Divide the dough into 8 equal items, then form into circles or ovals about ½cm thick. Mud frivolously with somewhat flour. Grill on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes on all sides till golden and puffed. Serve heat.
